the staff were not honest and charged our credit card twice, only admitting to one transaction when we questioned them.

Best aspects of my stay were the comfortable overall environment and the friendly and responsible bus driver who took us to the Disney Land resort. The hotel offered a bus service for guests to travel to the resort, which was a convenient and enjoyable perk. the comfortable environment made for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Worst aspects of my stay were the limited dining options in the surrounding area, with only one restaurant and mini market nearby. The road leading to the hotel was quite dark, which made it less inviting.
